Put your SD Card back in your Wii, and open CTGP/MKDSSKD. When you save your files, be sure to put them in your My Stuff folder, as well. Next, the icons for the character have to be replaced, so open up your MenuSingle.szs and/or Race.szs files with BrawlBox, and find the icons for the character to replace them with the new ones. DO NOT FORGET TO SAVE THE SZS FILES.
Open the Common.Bmg in the SZS file, change the name of the character you're replacing to the name of the custom character you are adding, and you are done. Now, for the SZS files that have a "_U" next to them, you must open them with the SZS Tool app that came with the CTools app this way you will be able to edit the names of some characters.
